Ingredients:

• ½ cup chia seeds
• 2 cups unsweetened almond milk
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• 1 tbsp honey (optional)
• 1 cup mixed berries
• 1 tbsp pumpkin seeds or crushed nuts

Method:

  1. In a mixing bowl or jar, whisk together chia seeds, almond milk, vanilla extract, and honey (if using).
